We can no longer speak of the Loire without mentioning little Queen, cycling!
Several courses totalling nearly 800 km are a unique set in France of paths specially upgraded for what is called the Loire by bike and our House is located in the heart of this device.
We rent you free bikes to allow you to to discover at your own pace, the beautiful landscapes Loire which constitute our true heritage.
'The Loire à Vélo', that is:
800 km of "free-wheel cruise. '.
A crossing in the heart of 2 regions (Centre and Pays de la Loire), 6 departments (the Cher, Loiret, Loir-et-Cher, Indre-et-Loire, Maine-et-Loire, Loire-Atlantique) and 6 conurbations (Orléans, Blois, Tours, Saumur, Angers, Nantes).
"Loire à Vélo" represents one of the largest potentials of Greenways French attendance. More than 800,000 cyclists borrow La Loire by bike each year!
It attracts many tourists, including 1/3 of foreigners; top Europeans (Dutch, Germans, Belgians, British...) but also tourists from more distant countries (U.S., Canadian, Australian...).
With your usual ticket, take your bike on the train Interloire, free of charge and without prior reservation. Orleans to le Croisic via Blois, St Pierre-des-Corps, Angers and Nantes, the Interloire along the route de La Loire à Vélo and allows you to ascend or descend the train with your bike where you want.
